The princess cleverly hid the tooth in her headdress to ensure its safety. This precious relic has been carefully preserved over the centuries and now rests in the sacred halls of the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Here, surrounded by golden effigies and under glowing parasols, visitors can witness an important piece of spiritual history and bask in the serene glow of the golden Buddha watching over this revered artifact.
